Panera Bread - Coon Rapids

Every since they started being able to place a pickup order on the app and picking it up through the drive through i’ve been using it, i thought service would be much faster and smoother, wrong! i have the sip club so i just wanted to get a drink, now i’m stuck in the drive through for 15+ minutes just for a drink! not okay, especially when i have places to be. for a while they were using the parking spots to park those who’s orders would take longer but now their not. don’t recommend going through the drive through unless you have 20 minutes of your day to waist. management: start using the parking spots again for when it’s busy, i know i’m not the only customer who has an issue with this.

I love the sandwiches at Panera. My favorite is the Chicken Chipotle Avacado Melt. I wish they were bigger. My second favorite is the Bacon Turkey Bravo. I ordered a half of each sandwich and they tasted great. The only bad part was there was no signature sauce on my Bravo so it wasn't as good as it usually is. It's kind of pricey here but it seems like eating out anywhere is. The food is really good though and I was able to get in and out quickly.

On top of already expensive food, they ask for a tip now. Never did before, so no. I'm walking inside and ordering myself, literally doing more. Not tipping. And when I asked which bag was mine on the counter, she was condescending about the names being on the receipts. My avocado on my salad was completely rotten, and threw half my salad away because it was a lot of stalks. Never going here again. Weather I was retaliated against for not tipping, or it was really that bad, I can get way better meals for $14.

Out of all savory bagels by 7am, had to settle on brioche, no sausage had to settle for bacon. Only two types of bagels in the bins, cinnamon and chocolate chip. Went back up to get a cinnamon...no they are out. Have been disappointed here too many times. Go to the Elk River Panera!

Slowest service I’ve experienced at a Panera. If the girl is the kitchen would stop talking about her favorite reality TV shows and characters on Love is Blind NON-STOP maybe the food would be made faster. Just a suggestion.
