Contribuiți la feedbackThis is without a doubt the best $5 pizza I have ever had. I'm not sure what the team did differently, but my pizza was cooked perfectly and had a generous amount of toppings. I didn't catch any names (Thursday Evening crew, June 22), but thank you for the great service.
This Domino's location in Australia is top-notch. Every time we visit the snow and pass through Jindabyne, we make sure to stop here. The pizzas always have fresh ingredients, generous toppings, and are cooked perfectly.
Had to speak to head office, still waiting I Ordered Pizza via the website, progressed to payment via credit card. Spinning wheel till an error message on the lines of Payment error please try another method.. or similar. So went out tried again... same order. Starting cooking the kids some dinner.... 15 minutes later, Taylor the delivery person arrives, with two orders. I explained what had happened, she said she has too leave BOTH orders and I need to talk to head office. As the local store doesn 't handle the website. I explained that I don 't handle the website either and can she please ensure one payment be taken off. No, she hates to do this too me, but she has to leave both orders. I explained how crazy of an idea that is. She rang the cooma store, spoke to a manager, came back and said her boss told her to leave the orders and I need to sort it out. I explained it again, then she called her boss again, this time infront of me. I asked to speak to him, but since it was her own personal phone, she wouldnt let me. Then she walked away, and got in her car and went Taking BOTH orders. So I rang the cooma store, asked to speak to management, who told me it was my fault. After a while of explaining how could it be my fault, when it stated payment had occured an error, so I tried again, he then said he would send it out. He did try to call before but couldn 't get through. He then called again (somehow the number I provided worked) rudely saying that even though I was wrong, he would sent one order. After all of this, I cancelled, why I would never send my into a kitchen out of sight. He hung up on me, rude. Rude, Arrogant. Both payments need to be returned, the manager agreed to do so. Why was it so hard to explain, are they that money hungry they can leave me to fight an internal systems issue? I have worked in ICT for 30 years, I understand payment systems have issues. I am sure there are logs to see what occurred. To push blame on the customer, told the customer to sort it out themselves, as the local store isn 't responsible. I have full recordings of the delivery girls statements, and how she kept talking over me, saying they don 't do the website, it is up to me and she has too leave BOTH pizzas. Please ensure payment is returned. I wish to know what your findings were.
Im sure they didn't like that I ordered with a coupon to get a whopping 3 dollars of one pizza, so I was rewarded with a st tonne of chill on both my pizzas........burnt my lips.
We noticed that the restaurant has trays of ingredients that they use to make pizza. The problem is that these trays of ingredients are all contaminated with its neighbouring trays of pork. So, if you don’t eat pork and ask for a beef or chicken pizza, the chances are high that you may get a scoopful of ham or pepperoni on your chicken or beef pizza. This is not acceptable, especially if people have allergies to certain foods including mushrooms. The service is also extremely poor. The pizzas also took over 20 minutes to be made. We were very disappointed with this pizza outlet.
