Sonic Drive-in - Cooleemee

Place is dirty all over, waited 21 minutes in the drive through for some excuse and cold food. Place to be really nice but it’s gone downhill over the years. Last 2 trips have been the same

I have been to this location twice since I have lived in Mocksville. Less then a year and both times was the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. There Customer service and employees are very rude. They were cussing and mocking the customers through the drive thru window. Absolutely terrible experience. I truly don't know how this store is still open.

The staff is always courteous and the service is great. Food is as expected from Sonic. The location is dingy and half of the menu boards don’t work.

Loved the BBQ sandwich but the tater tots were a little salty. Service was quick.

Just like every fast food chain; the serving size is down to almost the size of a slider.
