I am always pleased with the excellent service provided by Meg and Jade. They are consistently friendly, genuine, and knowledgeable about their products. Jade always offers recommendations that she knows I will enjoy, which I really appreciate. Thank you, ladies!

Eventually, when two more employees finally came to assist us, I was completely ignored as they chose to serve someone who arrived after my friend and me. Management really needs to take a serious look at this unacceptable service, if you can even call it that. We left without placing an order, and we would never recommend this place or return. It’s important to remember that without customers, these employees would be out of a job; customer service truly makes a difference!

I waited at the door to be seated as instructed by the sign. After about five minutes of being ignored, I approached a waitress (who had blonde hair and appeared to be in her early 30s) for assistance. Instead of addressing us normally, she seemed put out by our presence. This behavior was disappointing, and I don't think I'll ever return to this restaurant due to the poor service. Anyone with such low levels of customer service should not be representing any business.
