The Iron Kitchen - Cookeville

The meals exceeded my expectations! They are both delicious and satisfying. Since we work a lot, cooking often falls by the wayside, leading us to rely on takeout. However, this option is much healthier and more convenient. We're signed up for the monthly subscription, and it’s really easy to manage. The team at The Iron Kitchen is always friendly and helpful. With lunch taken care of, I no longer feel the temptation to grab fast food! When you crunch the numbers, you'll find that the money spent on fast food far exceeds what you pay here. I highly recommend The Iron Kitchen!

My recent visit was better than the last, as the movie equipment was working properly. However, I wish more people would keep in mind that this is a public space. It would be great if everyone could silence their phones and refrain from talking during the movie—even older folks were chatting today. Many people budget to go to the movies, so it's important to remember that you’re not at home watching; everyone deserves to enjoy the film.

The meals are simple yet delicious. Located right next to a gym, the menu clearly caters to fitness enthusiasts. While I’m not an expert on healthy eating, I believe these dishes are designed with health in mind. If you have a microwave to heat them up, they make for a great takeout option!

Oh my goodness! These are the BEST meal preps I’ve had in forever! The portions are perfect and the food is SEASONED! I can’t tell you how much money I’ve wasted tasting bland boring food. The owners are very nice and accommodating. I will bemaking them a part of my daily meal planning. I don’t have time to cook but I need to eat good clean meals. They knocked itout the park. The chicken tacos……my fav so far!
