Taiko Noodles Sushi Ba - Cookeville

This is an excellent restaurant. The decor is nice, with a modern feel, and the atmosphere is quiet. The sushi was delicious, and the noodle soups were also very good. It's definitely a fantastic discovery, especially for those looking for a break from the meat-heavy cuisine of Tennessee.

Best Sushi Ever! I've had sushi in Japan and various places around the world, including the US, and I can confidently say that Taiko is among the best. The service is excellent, the fish is top-notch, and the menu has something for everyone—even if you're not a sushi fan. My favorite long roll is the Marvelous. The tuna sashimi and nigiri are always incredibly fresh. If you enjoy scallops, you must try the Freddy hand roll; it's delicious! There's also a special roll that my husband always tries and enjoys. The staff are wonderful, and the food is outstanding!

I always choose Taiko for my sushi cravings. It's my favorite spot, and I can't imagine going anywhere else!
