I’m typically not the type of person to write reviews, however, my blizzards have been made wrong numerous amounts of times. If you are craving the ice cream you ordered, I recommend saving your money and going elsewhere.

Why is this Dairy Queen so horrid? I got a 7$ meal deal and I upgraded to a blizzard for what I thought would be a dollar but they charged me 2.30$, do these workers know what they're doing? The employee serving me must've asked me 5 times if they got items correct or to repeat what I was saying when it was clear as day and slow. When I went to eat my meal the fries were not there, the starry they gave me tastes like carboned water, and the blizzard was filled nowhere near the top. Why does the customer have to point out when an item isn't there when you can tell. It's more worth your time to go to the Burger King down the road, and you know what, they're probably cheaper.

It was clean and you weren't rushed. Good was good.

The people that work here don’t know what they’re doing. Got charged for an order of just a milkshake PLUS someone else’s. They also almost handed us someone else’s order so they literally cannot keep track of what they’re doing plus they were super slow.

This place is getting worse and worse. I have always dealt with getting ice cream that is already melting. Even in the middle of winter I get ice cream that is already melting. Now I can’t even get a full blizzard. The last few times the ice cream in the blizzards have been less and less. This is ridiculous.
