Subway - Conyers

Customer service was okay, normal. Staff were not very friendly. My tuna sandwich was extremely sloppy. This place never seems right.

As a loyal customer I expect for the restaurant to be open on time. The Restaurant is suppose to be open at 10am Monday through Sunday however, it was not. The Manager said her system isn't working and she left me outside and locked the door. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable. I will not be coming back to this location EVER

The salad was wilted and had brown edges. I ordered a BLT, and it felt like the staff lacked proper training.

The service was a bit delayed, but there was only one staff member on duty—Jake, who worked the night shift. He did an excellent job and made sure everything was done right. Great job, Jake!

If I could give this place zero stars, I definitely would. While waiting in line, I noticed the young lady behind the counter scratching her head and acting as if nothing was wrong. I couldn't believe that she was touching her hair right before handling food. When I pointed this out, her response was that they wear gloves. But that doesn't excuse the fact that she should have washed her hands first. I find this really concerning and won’t be eating here again—it poses a serious health risk.
