Marble Slab Creamery - Conyers

A HUGE thank you to the OUTSTANDING customer service I received from Landon. I have been going to the PTC location at the Avenue for years and this past year the customer service has SIGNIFICANTLY DROPPED. What cookie company runs out of cookies? Nonchalant employees who don't know the value in customer service. Landon was so sweet and funny just a breath of fresh air. Whenever, I'm in the area I'll be sure to visit this location again.

The only complaint is that there were no gloves provided. I saw a girl rubbing her nose and serving food without gloves on. I believe they should use gloves and change them regularly, especially since they also handle money.

During our visit to Marble Slab, we stopped by while waiting for an appointment. We ordered two cups of ice cream and a classic sundae. The ice cream was delicious, and the service was fast and friendly. Anil was especially kind to our daughter when she requested extra cherries, giving her at least six. He informed us that the establishment has been in operation for 20 years.

This restaurant never disappoints, with great food and excellent staff! I frequently visit with my son, and every time we leave with smiles on our faces.

No worth it. Ice cream icy, smooth had texture of bisque and wasn't that cold. Requested a refund on smoothie and was refused. Straight garbage and will not return. One and done. Save your money and time.
