Longhorn Steakhouse Conyers

The service at this restaurant is very friendly and the food is quite good! We definitely plan on returning. Our server was fantastic and very patient with us. I highly recommend trying their seasoned steakhouse chicken wings (8 wings) or the wild West shrimp as appetizers. One person at our table also tried the White Cheddar stuffed appetizer and said they were delicious, although I didn't get a chance to taste them myself.

For my birthday, I decided to go to Longhorn Steakhouse. I was looking forward to their Idaho loaded Baked Potato, but unfortunately, the waitress informed us that they were out of baked potatoes. I ended up settling for some potatoes that were not very hot. The baby-back ribs did not have much meat on them, but the Steamed Broccoli was tasty. My husband enjoyed his Longhorn salmon dish with rice, Sweet Potato, and Steamed Broccoli. However, my son ordered a hamburger that was supposed to come with fries, but there were none on his plate. He didn't mention it to the waitress, but I suggested he leave a Google review about the missing fries.

This Longhorn location in America is the worst I have ever been to. It is extremely mismanaged. We waited 24 minutes before a waitress even acknowledged us. Finally, a waitress named Brittany A came by and apologized for the delay. She was the only reason why I am giving this restaurant 1 star. Brittany A was fantastic and deserves to run this place. The food was the worst I have ever had at Longhorn in 30 years. The ribeye sandwich bread was soggy, the fries were cold and limp, and the bread on the Firecracker Chicken Sliders was burnt. It was absolutely terrible. I would suggest going to the Covington location instead. The manager at this restaurant needs to be replaced. I witnessed him having to deal with two tables of upset customers and some burnt Wild West Shrimp. Avoid this place at all costs!

We recently moved to Georgia and that was one of our first nights. My wife doesn't eat beef so she had the ribs, but I'm a hard core carnivore so I have the biggest steak they serve. Everything was great and we couldn't eat it all so we had a lot to take home the next day. I always like this place, but take a sweater, they have cranked the change to super chill mode

We dined in and the food and service were fine. Ordered ribs with fries to go and the container with the fries had a half eaten burger in it. Truly disappointing to get home and see this. Didn't think I needed to check my to go order before leaving. Now I know better.
