Horrible assistance, I order a cake for a birthday and I asked for it to be chocolate and pink with design. I decided to take of the design because it was expensive. Today I came to pick It up and when I slice one piece of the bread it was vanilla and it was hard and dry. I called and they said they couldn't do anything about it because on the paper were all the info of the cake it didn't say the flavor because the lady never wrote it. I told them to check the cameras because I was 100% that I had said chocolate they kept denieing it and they called their manager and checked the cameras then they call me back saying that I could return it but like they had said that I couldn't return it and it was hard I threw it. Honestly I wouldn't even be half as mad if not only they didn't believe me but they answered rude and telling me that it was not there fault when it's there responsibility to right everything down.

Place used to be good years ago but now the workers are rude and the cakes are very dry and they give you what they want not what you ask for. I personally wouldn't recommend it.

The worst cake ever!! We bought this cake from Panadería Y Pastelería Jalisco and it was the one of the worst cakes we’ve ever eaten. We order a fresh pastel de tres leches, which isn’t supposed to be dry at all but what we got was a seven day old cake. You can tell they had made this cake days before they sold it to just because oh how dry it was, they frosting crumbling as we ate it. Parts of the cake was extremely hard, and the fruit inside did not look fresh at all, nearly brown. We called the bakery and told them about what happened, and they said to return the cake whole or we won’t get our refund, the thing is half of the cake was in the trash already. They said that they are closed Sunday, and they would only be open a few hours on Monday afternoon, but when we checked google they are open from 8am 9pm every day. My niece was so excited about her birthday and especially excited about her cake, but when she say that we had to throw out the cake, she got upset she cried. We have videos of the cake (proof) that it was hard. I would give 0 stars if it was an option.

I tell you what yhis is my little secret place. Its tbe best. Always fly to take a hotty off the beaten path and hop into this guy . fresh baked goods nice service and serve yourself .mmmmm yummy cant neva disappoint
