Chick-fil-a - Conyers

Not sure how to spell his name but Brennan was VERY HELPFUL. I was upset about my order, he apologized, he reassured me and made I was satisfied. I will be back because the service was amazing.

Yesterday morning I ordered a scramble that came with moldy looking chicken, several times I’ve ordered a Cobb salad that appears to be shaken, and on my first visit the young lady had a very disturbing rash around her mouth and kept saying the word “suck.” Other attendants had masks so I know one could have been made available to her.

So, I never thought I would say. But, today Chick-fil-A didn’t even reach there usual standards. They had me to pull up to the red sign because my shake wasn’t ready. And it took so long the car behind me blew. The shake never came. Went inside and there was another wait. And the young guy that waited on me the only one working at the counter, that had 4 registers) went and checked on my shake. He came back and said, “oh sorry about that.” After 10-13 mins of me waiting. This is so not like CFA. And I said, can I have some f fries or something. He said, No, I can’t do that. Update: now my food is cold when I get back in the car! Ugh!

Went thur on 2/5Still one of the worst drive thurs in ga.Lady was rude and her helper was too.will never understand this location after going through here for multiple years.Something has changed in the past year to the point. They have no one in the drive through running it.Why add a mobile lane just a funnel and back into the drive through lane. Defeats the whole purpose of having two lanes through the drive through.I wish other locations will train this location. I go through multiple locations weekly and this is the worst one

This is a smaller Love's Travel shop than most of them are. It is the best bathroom stop option at this exit! It does have facilities for trucks. It is connected with an Arby's fast food restaurant making this a convenient stop for gas, restroom, and fast food. They also carry some travel needs, gift items, and treats. This is the first one I have seen that carries Dunkin Donuts!!
