The Jolly Fryer - Conwy

I have been going to this restaurant around the corner for the past five years. It has been a mixed experience - everything depends on the quality of the chips. If you are lucky and get fresh chips, it's decent. However, if not, they are inedible and end up in the trash. I had never complained before, but a few weeks ago I finally spoke up and mentioned that the chips were not edible. I ordered chips with curry and despite politely expressing my disappointment to the server, she seemed unconcerned. After paying full price, I thanked her, said my goodbyes, and decided that I will never return to the restaurant.

The food is delicious. During peak hours, there may be a wait for your meal, but it is worth it as the food is of good quality. I highly recommend trying the sweet curry sauce.

We visited this restaurant twice during our July 2017 stay. We sampled six different Chinese dishes and found them all to be delicious and flavorful. The food was reasonably priced and overall it was a great dining experience.

I had stopped at this place for the first time and I had ordered some lightly battered fish and chips . went to sit on local car park to eat clearly the fish had not been lightly battered it was terribull and the chips weir very hard in the center so I dumped it in the bin what a waste off money then drove my 2 hour drive with no food I shall never eat from this place again.

So how do you feed a whole family who had all traveled from many areas of the UK for a family event quickly ? Come here as the food is excellent . Clean place , lovely staff and quick
