Starbucks - Conwy

As a solo traveller with a dog it can sometimes be hard to find nice places to have coffee. The staff here were really welcoming and they even made a puppocino just for Daisy. Great service and great coffee

I frequently visit this Starbucks and the staff are always extremely friendly. However, the team that served me today stood out for being remarkably calm and collected despite the busy rush. They provided excellent and friendly service. The food and drinks were delicious as usual, and a special thanks to Hannah who served me!

My girlfriend and I have always gotten our coffee from Starbucks, but recently we started using the app to create new drinks or try recommended ones from the internet. We found that ordering from the app saves us money since syrups and extras are free. We placed our order through the app and then went to the store to pick it up. We've been doing this for the past week without any issues, until today. A barista, who seemed to be a manager, questioned our choice of drink saying she had never seen it before. It made us feel uncomfortable as if we were being scolded for not ordering in person. Why have an app if you prefer customers to order in store? This was the first time someone made us feel awkward in the store. I will make sure to avoid being served by her next time, as I do not want to feel patronized for ordering a drink. It was disappointing that adding extra syrup seemed to be such a big deal. On a positive note, the other barista who made our coffee did a great job.

The staff at this Starbucks branch provide excellent service and run the place as if it were their own. I give them full marks for their fantastic service.

After waiting over 10 minutes behind a massive queue of four people I walked out! How the hell does it take so long to make their over-rated gunge drinks? Starbucks well on my list of never agains !
