Pizza Hut - Conwy

Cash is not accepted now in any of Pizza Hut restaurant. What’s the world coming to when paying customers are turned away soo disappointed!

Hadn't been for a few years, daughter wanted a birthday treat, very expensive buffet for not very good food. Having to order and pay via qr code and Having the cheek to ask if you want to give a tip when interaction with staff is minimal. Won't be visiting again due to qr and Cashless.

I wrote a review previously and was so dissapointed however, I had visted Rhyl Pizzahut then few days later to Llandudno junction pizzahut. The difference is night and day. Well done to Llandudno junction pizzahut, turn around in food, and service is brilliant. Least said about Rhyl the better! The foid was nicely presented and well cooked whilst the staff ,Rylley and Matt were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I wrote a bad review and usually people are so quick to complain but not so prompt to praise when things are good. I enjoyed my visit as did my son and will be returning. Keep up the good work!

Special shout out to our waiters on this evening, 26th September 2023. We were seated very quickly, a young lad called Dylan took our orders when we were ready, he made us feel very welcome and his attitude was exemplary. The food was served to our table by another guy (didn't get his name sadly) who was also very friendly and professional. Thanks to those who prepared the food also, my family and I (6 of us) all got our meals at the same time which were delicious. Thanks.

We have used Pizza Hut Llandudno Junction for many years, mainly takeaway and on line. Never a problem, food always piping hot and the staff are always so friendly. I visited for a dine in last weekend, in between watching a couple of films showing nearby. I was treated like royalty by Dylan and Caitlin, who recognised me as soon as arrived. I was shown to a nice booth, the deals were explained and my order taken. As always food was great and their service was just right, checking that I was happy with everything. I explained to Mat the Manager, again a very helpful person, what a good team he had and he grudgingly agreed with a smile! I had a very enjoyable evening and I recommend 100%!
