Llandudno Grill - Conwy

I placed an order on December 28th, and it took 50 minutes to arrive. When it finally came, the Donna meat and chips were cold, with the chips still frozen in the middle. The prawn and mushroom pizza was uncooked, with raw and cold dough. We called to complain, and a man promised a free order on our next visit. When we called on January 2nd to redeem this offer, we were told no and hung up on. The staff was rude and provided no customer service. We will not be returning anytime soon.

The staff at this restaurant are extremely impolite and I suffered from a stomachache all night after eating there. I would never dine there again, even if it was my last meal and I was starving.

This restaurant's customer service was incredibly rude. I ordered a doner pizza but it had no doner meat on it at all. When I asked for a refund, I was refused. I will not be returning to this restaurant. The service was shocking.

It seems we had a different experience to what the previous reviewers mentioned. We chose to take the Naan Chicken Kebabs and the guy taking our order was kind and courteous. The kebabs were of good quality and the sauces were on point. The Chicken was nicely cooked. Would not hesitate to go again and eat at this joint. Cash only but it has a free cash withdrawal machine just outside.

I went to llandudno grill last night and I ordered a large chips and cheese and donna meet chips and cheese it was absolutely disgusting. The cheese was off. I phoned up to complain and all I got was it is not out of date and we will have a word with our suppliers I can tell you 100% that that product was out of date and it made my son sick the customer service was shocking avoid this place they offered me 20% off my next order absolute joke I have informed inviter mental health
