La Parisienne - Conwy

I have visited this restaurant multiple times and it truly is a hidden gem in Colwyn Bay. The chef serves up delicious, freshly made baguettes with a variety of tasty fillings. The flavors are complex, rich, and perfectly balanced. The baguettes are beautifully made. The walnut cake is incredibly delicious with a delightful texture, but the standout item is the macarons. The champagne, hazelnut, and pistachio flavors are amazing and bring a moment of sweet joy. I highly recommend this place and wish it was located in a larger city where it could get more recognition, but I am sure the chef is successful in his charming little spot. Thank you, Monsieur, for serving up the most delicious food on the Welsh coast!

The French stock was very nice with a lot of filling, could not resist the steak pebbles and french sticks to go home, the heart was very nice and friendly with a real french accents. go back safely parking at the front and side approx. could do with the time he is open on his sire.

The best baguettes in North Wales fresh cakes second to none, wake up Colwyn Bay this man deserves our support where else can you get freshly made baguettes with fresh ingredients on a daily basis?

A hidden gem, great cakes and the baguettes are wonderful. Definitely worth a visit!

The best baguette sandwich I've ever eaten with a freshly baked baguette with the most beautiful braut and salat was wonderful and the owner was very polite and had a lot of talk to keep them occupied while he made them.
