King's Takeaway - Conwy

We've ordered duck with some chow main , wonton soup and two types of dumplings. Unfortunately soup was totally bland it tastes like a water with some very small amount veggies and overcooked dumplings which were falling off with no seasoning at all. Duck which...should be rosted hasn't been at all.Skin hasn't been fried or rosted at all very soft and full of fat and duck was fry and chewy. Dumplings wasn't so bad but I've ordered with two different filling which tasted the same quite like toddler food. Chow main wasn't chow main just rice noodles but I must admit it was best dish as it was seasoned well but noodles were well overcooked. Unfortunately won't be coming back.

Ordered Crispy shredded Szechuan beef this evening there was literally no beef in the meal just bits of batter!! Very disappointed !

Not to be missed. Thai dishes were better than what you get in England. Generous portions and staff most friendly. We went there twice and both times were great. Highly recommended.

Excellent Chinese takeaway. Superb shredded beef and great noodles. Would definitely recommend this for a good takeaway

I have been using this place for the last year or so,getting a takeaway most Sundays I have never been disappointed with the food. The food is very much Hong Kong style Cantonese,they also offer Thai food but I can’t say I have tried it....I have tried lots of Thai restaurants outside of Thailand and never found one that Servers food even close to authentic Thai food. I lived in Liverpool for years and the food is in my opinion, very similar to what you would find in China town. I can honestly recommend this place to anyone
