A nice pub on our first visit to North Wales. The hostess is a laid back. Very kind and happy to talk to us and make our time comfortable. The pub is located on the main road that is easy to find. Drinks are cheap as weatherspoons without the abysmal quality. One snooker table and two dart boards are fun to play and they advertise free snooker on Thursday's. I give full 5 stars instead of four for the outstanding service given by the hostess. She is a very cool person to meet and can make you smile. My friend was being miserable on the day and had improved by the end of time at the pub. I recommend it when visiting.

We walked in on the off chance of getting Sunday Lunch for 6 of us, everyone was very accommodating and squeezed us in. We have some dietary needs with our children, and everything was very thorough and put our minds at ease, even down to the gravy which can be a problem in many other establishments. Couldn't do enough for us, and also very tasty. Many thanks!

Visited this pub while staying in a hotel near by. Very friendly staff. The two young women serving us couldn't do enough for us. Very personable very welcoming. I came with my husband and two teenage sons. The food was fantastic and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely pub food was amazing, and the landlady was very friendly and would highly recommend it.

So. firstly arrived and bearing in mind it’s a pub they had no white wine. Had a disco 5 days ago. Sorry they said. Ok no problem. Main course choices were fish meat or pizza. Two steak and chips please. Sorry no steak left. Need I say more. Go somewhere else.
