Bengal Dynasty Tandoori - Conwy

The restaurant had delicious food and the staff was welcoming. We visited with our friends during our vacation and tried the Indian dishes, especially the biryani and tarka dal, which were very tasty and highly recommended.

We chose here instead of the Blue Elephant over the road as the signature/special/fish dishes looked more interesting. Staff were really attentive (though not annoyingly so! and food was lovely. The decor is bit random and dated, but the food and customer service made up for it.

Ordered for a takeaway through just eat at 20.28. 2 hours later after the food hadn't arrived we phoned the restaurant twice to see where the food was and twice the same woman confirmed that the just eat driver had picked up the order and they didn't know what had happened since. About 2.5 hours after our initial order the just eat app updated to say the food was ready so we phoned the restaurant again and spoke to a different member of staff who confirmed that the food was ready and the driver had arrived to pick it up. The first member of staff we spoke to lied twice to us about the food being sent out. I'll never order from here again.

Food was exquisite! Reasonable price and lovely kind staff! Very busy but extremely accommodating! Highly recommend

Very nice restaurant,good choice in menu and we had very nice meals.Staff very friendly and attentive. Nice clean surroundings and they let us change tables to a window sest. Busy evening but staff coped very well.
