Taco Bell - Conway

As if they serve the same food all day. don't go there unless you like a very hard one. lady in the window has zero respect for her oldest. I hate complaining, but both taco Bell’s in conway are going to the hill quickly. It may be time to look for new management and/or crew. I hate to say it, but my wife was right to tell me that I make the drive to greenbrier much more friendly and hotter eat.

This taco bell is absolutely nasty my nachos were stale my soft taco was hard it was a soft taco) the shell was just left out too long. They never ever get my order right and I've had a bad experience every time. They are nasty.

Granted it was a Saturday night and was busy but we spent 25 minutes in the drive threw to spend $30 on food that was not fit for man or beast. Chalupa was rock hard and my half a dozen tacos had virtually no meat in them.I was so upset that I called the manager the following day and was told there was nothing she could do about my experience. I will NEVER go to this location again

Looked like maybe the only place open late. Staff was great, food was hot as fresh, and those new chicken tacos were phenomenal!

I go here all the time and would have rated 5 stars before. But tonight, I had a very gross experience. The food was presented nicely, they had nice and polite workers, quick service... the only issue is that while I'm eating my burrito... I feel something in my mouth... I pull out a hair that was mangled up in my food. I'm a ginger... and what I pulled out of my mouth was very dark hair, almost black...certainly is not mine. I felt sick. Please do better taco bell. That's not sanitary. I love your food and want to come back but... I'm done for awhile after that. Yuck ?
