Sonic Drive-in - Conway

On our way back to Georgia, we decided to stop at this restaurant, and I have to say, it was delicious! There were quite a few cars in the drive-thru, so we chose to go inside to order, and I was a bit worried about the quality of service based on my previous experiences back home. However, I was pleasantly surprised—it exceeded my expectations! The hamburger was just right, not overdone at all; the tater tots were hot and fresh, and the Dr. Pepper was as strong as I like it. We didn't have to wait long for our order, either. My wife, who usually doesn't eat burgers, really enjoyed her meal as well. Please pass on my compliments to all the staff who worked yesterday; they did a great job!

I visit this Sonic frequently since it's close to Coastal Carolina University where I live. I often use the Mobile App to place my orders because it's more convenient and saves time. Ordering through the app is straightforward, but getting all the sauces I request can be hit or miss. This time, I ordered the chicken fingers that come with Texas Toast, an onion ring, and some Jalapeño Poppers. Unfortunately, the Texas Toast was overcooked, tasting very burnt, and it wasn't cut all the way through. Everything else in my meal ended up in the air fryer because it was either cold or soggy. I usually enjoy Sonic, but the quality of this meal, along with the one my friends received, wasn't up to par. That said, I appreciate how much work goes into fast food, and I always respect the staff for doing their best.

The food arrived quickly and was delicious. My only issue was that my husband ordered a #3 (double bacon cheeseburger), but it was missing the bacon, which kind of defeats the purpose of the burger. We requested a side of bacon, and the young man who brought it out was very pleasant and had a great attitude.

Not a fan of her chicken sandwiches, a little fire of the price but burgers are good. Like many of their fast food competitors, a bit on the Pricy page. As almost the same price as some good sit-in burgers and fry joints.

Very happy, great sevice, fast service, perfect hot food even with a large order, thumbs up for my 1st visit here but my 3rd visit to any Sonic location. I would recommend anyone to try there food and there unique way to prder and eat food is something i hopemost companies should adopt.
