Sonic Drive-in - Conway

They just never seem to get it right. I will drive out of my way from now on just to not deal with the disappointment at the old morrilton hwy location.

No complaints on food or services but so many of the menu boards are not working. At least they can do it set a cone in the spots that are broken. Tonight I pulled into 3 broken spots in a row all broken. You can’t tell it’s down until you pull all the way up. It’s so easy to put a cone or something signaling which stalls are broken. This issue could also be a safety concern in my opinion like tonight when the rain created a visibility issue. And I had to pull my truck in and out of 3 stalls before finding a working one.

This was earlier my favorite Sonic in the city, but it is really downhill last year. I'm sure it's hard to keep enough employees now at covid, so it's understandable. lately, eating was quite bad as it sits under a heat lamp for hours. the employees are constantly rushing to do everything (then understandable again because I am sure they are understated

Sonic is one of my favorite places to go to eat. I don't get to go very often. The people who work there are pretty nice. The food was ok on this visit. It could have been better.

New people and great experience. Even with the lunch rush I wasn't rushed and they got my order out quickly.
