Contribuiți la feedbackWe arrived at 7:00 and placed our order fairly quickly, but didn't receive our food until 8:00, which was surprising given that it was close to closing time on Saturday. There seemed to be some mix-ups with the orders—my dish ended up on someone else's bill, and one person's drink was billed to another. The waiter was friendly and did his best to fix the issues, but it was still a bit chaotic. The burgers were decent, though not gourmet. The diners who had fish were pleased with their meals, but there wasn't anything extraordinary about the food. Overall, we had a pleasant time since the restaurant was mostly empty, allowing us to have a good conversation, but there wasn’t anything that would make us excited to return.
I must start by saying that the service and attentive care for customers are truly exceptional here. The burgers are incredibly juicy without being greasy like at other places. The fries were not oily or overly salted, which was perfect for my mother, who needs to monitor her sodium intake. I tried the gluten-free bun, and it was one of the best I've ever had. Gluten-free buns can often be dry, but that was not the case at Red Robin. Delicious! I recommend trying the Bacon Cheeseburger or the Gourmet Burger. I'll definitely be on the lookout for this franchise during my travels.
The food was good, but it took an incredibly long time to receive it. I asked for napkins and it took about 15 minutes for them to arrive, by which time I had already finished my meal. The staff in the back seemed to be avoiding my table, and there were no drink refills offered. I've never experienced such poor customer service. Pink-haired staff member, I hope you can improve for the next customer.
The staff was fantastic and attentive. Everyone took care of me, even if they were not my server; the burgers were decent and so were the drinks. This location was fabulous, including my fantastic server with Red Robin Hair. My only complaint is that since I was a small child around 2008, Red Robin did the opposite to diversify her menu and removed many articles from it. Including a blue cheese burger with crispy onion strands. Now the only burger has caramelized onions and mushrooms. The caramelized had no mushrooms before and added a strange texture to the burger. It could have helped if the mushrooms were slightly groomed and golden brown or fried to dissolve this sponge texture with soft onions, meaty beef and a bun. The bungalow was soft outside, roasted inside and heated, and mushrooms did not belong. There is no definitive children's menu, and the entire menu itself seems one-dimensional. The appetizers are not attractive and somehow mixed; nothing really found out.
I had the Big Tavern burger tonight and it's quite a tasty burger. The patty was well seasoned and the bun was toasted. The endless steak fries were good as well. And the service was excellent. Definitely the place to go for good burgers.
