Koesta Bowls Downtown Conway

This restaurant has inspired me to make positive changes to my eating habits. I love it!

I love Kosta Bowls. I always get the Mighty Bowl which contains protein powder. It's my most favorite treat for lunch. Online ordering is extremely simple and my order has always been ready upon my arrival. Highly recommend.

Smoothie and bowl, great. However based on the customer service, or lack there of, I was very disappointed. The way the lady Cindy behaved would not make me want to bring any business here. Her and another girl gave nasty glares and looks as if this place wasn't for everyone, ie people who don't look like them. No greeting or help when trying to order. And when asked if I could take an item off and add another one, attitude was given, as if I was taking to long to over. When my order was ready, instead of handing it to me like she did the others before me, she placed it in front of me and walked off. SMH.

My daughter and I had a wonderful time at this restaurant today! Everyone was chatting with each other while enjoying delicious and nutritious food. I appreciated the variety of options available. We will definitely be returning!

I walked into the restaurant for the first time and none of the staff greeted me or acknowledged my presence. As customer service is important to me, I will not be returning.
