Update 11/30:Whenever I go by here doing my sidejob (DoorDash) they try to get me to confirm the order BEFORE giving me the order. When I confirm the order is none of their business. They chose to accept DoorDash orders, so what I do in DoorDash is between me and DoorDash. Also, it makes no sense to confirm I received something I didn 't confirm, and their parking lot is TRASH. It 's also TRASH trying to get onto Oak St. I want to confirm once I 'm in the car, because I don 't want the customer thinking I 'm wasting their time sitting around with the order. Finally, someone could steal the package after walking out the store before you get to your car. Down to 1/5 from 2/5 for that.Updaste 10/28:Went by again years later and some things make me want to remove a star and other things make me want to add a star, so I 'm leaving it at 2/5. The driveway is awful. The parking area designated for customers only is massively FLOODED. This parking lot has been here for a while, so there 's no way they don 't know this. Something needs to be done about the SEVERAL INCHES of water we have to wade through, soaking our socks and shoes.. to get to the store. That 's insane. The sandwich was made better than last time. Everyone online claimed the cherry pepper sauce was spicy, but it isn 't. It 's not spicy at all it 's just tart. I could do without it next time. It helped make the high cost of the sandwich a little better, as it 's more filling than not having it.. though.ORIGINAL REVIEW:Went by and one of the employees decided to call on me while I waited in line to present a bag of muzzles and mumbled something. I have no idea what he said. I asked if they offering or requiring and he mumbled again, not moving the bag of muzzles away. So stupid.. The governor has no authority to force a business to force citizens to do this and muzzles are useless.Then he asked what I wanted and I told him I ordered already and he directed me to some shelves to pick the order up. Two bags were there and they had people 's name and phone number clearly printed on the bag. Thanks a lot for that! I would love for random people to obtain my name and number!The lady by the shelves just looked at me and said nothing as I looked for my bag and took it. So anyone can just walk up and grab a bag, I guess. No way of ensuring people aren 't stealing. No verification whatsoever.When I got home I noticed it didn 't seem at all like I remembered in the pictures so I went to their website again and confirmed this. I couldn 't find it on the menu any more so I went to my order history. Now the order says Some unavailable ingredients have been replaced in the California Club Sub from your previous cart. for some reason. So if they didn 't have the ingredients, why was I not notified and where is my refund? This notice appeared AFTER I paid and received the item. This makes 0 sense.Finally, it was a pretty good tasting sandwich but I think if it were packed with ingredients as advertised (or even came close) it would meet basic standards of getting what you pay for.I 've attached an image of how it looks according to Jersey Mikes and and image of what I actually received.

Ordered subs online for curbside. Waited forever past the promised time. They need less business so they can treat customers better. Bummer.

Food is always great and the workers are absolutely amazing! Excellent customer service!
