Golden China - Conway

This is my favorite Chinese restaurant in town! The sweet and sour chicken is also fantastic and the crab rangoon is a must try!

Finally, there is a great Chinese restaurant across the street from us! I have dined there multiple times since they first opened. I have sampled many of their combo meals and none have let me down. The egg rolls are large, crunchy, and delicious!

I try to be fair so I'll give this place another try. Ordered beef and broccoli lunch special, waited 20 minutes, and when I arrived my ticket was still sitting in the ticket machine while the owners were in the back talking. Food tasted good, but a lot of the broccoli was cold. Disappointing

We arrived at the restaurant shortly after 4 o'clock and were promptly greeted and took our order. The food was fresh, hot, and ready within 10-15 minutes. We ordered the combination plate with orange chicken and the kung pao chicken combo. We also got a side of steamed dumplings. The combos included an egg roll, pork fried rice, and generous portions of duck. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering that most places give you 6-8 dumplings, but Golden China gives you 12! The taste of all the dishes was excellent, and the portions were so generous that we had enough for leftovers the next day. If you're in the 501/17 area near the beach, definitely give them a try. They are much better than the Chinese food near the hotels and main tourist areas. It's worth the extra 10-minute drive for better quality and more affordable dining.
