Chicken Express Conway

I love Chicken Express. Unfortunately, this is missing in many ways. The order began with a not sp friendly lady. Then we got our meal and after we left, we didn't recognize napkins? This tan in the drink was also low on ice, the chicken teeth themselves were dry and old lubricated. Last straw was that everything, rolling and delicate and mash potatoes, all were hardly warm. Nothing was really hot.

Would have been a 5 star if it wasn't for the device. The ordered food moved to the window paid. 15 minutes later, the same woman who took my money comes back to the window and asks what you were waiting for? 10 minutes later, she'll come back to me. I'm sorry you waited.

I'd give it less than a star. Through the drive-thru, my husband ordered the chickpeas. I landed home with a box of livers that I cannot bear, and my husband had only two edible tenderers from all the box, the rest of them was hardened crispy, you could not chew them even. She called back there to let the manager know that there was a problem she put on us. When my husband tried to call there, they picked up the phone and hung it up without answering. She was the manager. She wouldn't mind. This will be the last time we ever go to Chicken Express in Conway. I'll advise everyone to clear up.

Wow! I was looking for good Gizzards and found them... FINALLY!!! I ordered the 18 piece with one side of gravity. They were fresh, hot, crispy, well seasoned and plentiful! (This applies to both the Conway and Bryant locations.

The food was ok could've been a little fresher but they threw in a couple extra strips. The customer service though made up for everything else. It was a friendly atmosphere and they have some of the best spicy chicken strips out there. I recommend trying chicken express.
