Whataburger - Converse

PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO THESE ONE-STAR REVIEWS. I never thought I would need to check Yelp before making a stop for fast food during a long trip, but here we are. The line to order didn't seem too long, so I expected a quick turnaround. I placed my order online to bypass the line, but after 20 minutes, I'm still waiting for a simple #13 combo with fries. As I sit here, I can see about five employees just standing around, seemingly with nothing to do in an already deserted restaurant. In short, skip this place and eat somewhere else.

They need to improve everything manage to mess up the simplest of orders and are always slow yet only 2 or 3 cars are there and food makes me sick all the time they always forget my cheese even tho i'm paying extra for it

Service is always top notch and food always delicious and hot at this location- keep up the excellent work

Sucks that we don't have many food options where we live and this is what we're stuck with. Who packs up three entire meals without a single french fry? It's so hit or miss with them with 90% being a miss. If you're traveling down I10 either go on to Seguin for food or further into SA.

I ordered a full-sized burger but was served the junior version instead. To make matters worse, I was charged the regular burger price, as shown in the picture. This location has consistently been disappointing. I only go there because it's the closest one to my home. I really don’t understand why it has always been such a poor experience.
