Mcdonald's - Converse

Food could be a lot better in service and quality. Always getting upset stomach or food poisoning. Staff don't seem to care about you or to fix your order. Managers yell and are disrespectful towards staff and customers. I've seen managers yelling at their staff treating them horribly and yelling at customers in their face. This place needs better managers and staff that care about their food and customers and staff

This location is terrible, I work next door so I get my breakfast from here, it takes then 45 min to make a mcgriddle then it sets for another 15mins till they finally get to you up front and ask what you want, this has happened the last 5 times in a row I've ordered a single mc griddle, if you don't use the drive thru your jot gonna be tended to they dint pay attention to there front of house, and management is terrible, their staff is unorganized and just walks around back and forth while customers are impatiently waiting to be noticed, if I could give a negative star I so would

No sense of urgency here. The employees look like zombies and move at a snails pace. Took 30 minutes for a happy meal and a quarter pounder meal

Currently watching the 12th car behind me get their food ahead of me and drive off. Two sausage egg cheese biscuits is all I ordered and I've been here for nearly thirty minutes.

Service at this location is pretty bad. It's a busy store. They can never seem to keep up. Not sure if they are under staffed or what. Often seems like they have plenty of people, so can't really say what the issue is.
