La Popular Bakery Taqueria - Converse

When in the area, I've stopped in twice and the sweet bread did not disappoint. I found a variety that I long for on this side of northeast San Antonio nacogdoches- 410 to 1604 area. I'd be a regular, no doubt!

Just left, waited like 30 minutes for 1 torta,1 gordita,and 1 bean and cheese. Gordita was not cooked, straight up masa. Used to to eat there all the time. Staff sucks, food sucks and they charge 3.8% for using a debit card. I will NEVER EVER EAT THERE AGAIN!!

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Called 4 times got hung up on every time. Finally was able to place my order and forgot the cheese on all my tacos and eggs and still charged me. Wouldn’t refer to my worst enemy. You should be ashamed of y’all selfs.

The food was good ?? ? I had the Chicken Fajita plate, my youngest child had Carne Guisada tacos , and my oldest daughter had Chicken Enchiladas Verde?. They liked what they had as well. Rosie, our waitress was amazing. The only thing was the cashier?, she didn't appear as friendly. ?

The bakery area. The cookies and pastries tasted old. They had no flavor at all. The selection isn’t much. The service was terrible. The price I paid was terrible. First and last time there ?
