An incredible culinary journey! We came several times, with family, with friends, in love... And we have, every time, loved the moment! At the Botte d'Asperges, you are greeted by Maud's smile, and then your taste buds are embellished by Stéphane's cuisine! Quality of products (from the region), unpublished flavours and textures, always fair associations, presentation and dressage of plates... What talent, what creativity! Bravo! Stephane Bureau is an outstanding chef who offers a sublime cuisine, gourmet, elegant and mastered. When he goes from table to table at the end of the meal, we listen to him speak with passion of his kitchen and we feel that he loves to share and make discover, and we can only congratulate him and thank him! And come back!

Excellent restaurant with very nice staff. We loved it from the beginning to the end. The beet dessert especially touched me. A real one: the alcohol-free food/drink agreement that was surprising but very good. We'll be back.
