Very good pizza, but today I felt very neglected. I always order through the website and have it delivered here, but today I placed an order again and they simply called saying that they don't deliver here in the neighborhood claiming to be another neighborhood.... I sent a photo of proof of address which is the same neighborhood that they will always deliver to, I sent a printout of the previous orders they delivered and simply viewed the messages and gave no further satisfaction. Since we no longer deliver, why is there still an option for my neighborhood on the website? A lack of customer service! Food: 5 Service: 1

One of the worst experiences of my life! They don't care about the customers. I waited almost two hours and they only gave me some information because I called, and they still took a long time to answer. The delivery man arrived 2 hours late and said it was the wrong address and the pizzeria didn't serve me anymore... Not recommending it to anyone... they will wait and won't eat... be careful!!! Terrible attendance! With bikers without respect and do not know how to work. Very frustrating to take more than 2 hours to deliver and cold Pizza. And besides, one of the times it was burnt.
