Terrible delivery took too long and I had to cancel.

My niece indicated that the snack was very good, so I created an expectation, which, even though the attendant said it would take 60 to 90 minutes for delivery, was not shaken. I ordered at 10:17 pm and it only arrived at 11:59 pm, that is, it took 102 minutes, but the problem was not that it took longer than expected, but that it arrived cold. It seems that the snack was ready quickly, but, by the temperature when I received it, the delivery person must have been with it for a long time. I should no longer order locally, so anyone who asks from now on and sees that this delivery issue has improved, please post here. I hope they improve this and that my bad rating is an encouragement. If they can't deliver, better say they don't deliver than get burned.
