Contribuiți la feedbackI love this wingstop, it’s really close to where i work and i just started going to this location. i love the voodoo fries soooo much and customer service is really good. only critique would be speed of service, ordered online and then when i got there had to wait another 20 mins, which i dont mind, because i didnt have anywhere to be. but just for future references and for other customers!! other than that they’re doing a great job!! ?
Whoever Dave is has horrible customer service ! He made me pay for ranch on a 10 piece wing order told me I don’t getOne with the meal and I referenced previous orders I’ve made and also showed him online that it stated that I do he said oh well on his monitor he’s not doing it . I also asked for my wings well done and they were soft . 18.00 and change for just 10 wings
Out of my 35 wings order I got 28 drums and only 7 flats. This is not fair. They should try to balance the number of drums and flats. The carrots they cut are giants! This place needs better training.
On August 6, 2023 called to place an order at 5:17 pm. The young lady that answered the phone acted very confused. When I was placing my order over the phone the lady ask me to hold on and was taking another customer order while I was in the phone. The lady never came back to the phone. I called back and no one answer. This the worst customer service ever. I don’t know what’s going on with Wingstop, but their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. The cashiers are not taking orders correctly and they are not listening to the customers, but they want you to continue to patronize their business. Good Luck!!!
When I got home and began unpacking, I discovered several items were missing. My guests had already arrived, and the fight was starting, so I didn’t want to drive back to the restaurant to pick up the five missing items. I called the store and spoke to another employee, who said they would replace the missing items and asked which ones they were. As he realized how many items were left out, he decided it would be better to remake the whole order. I was polite during the call, which I believe is why they wanted to make it right for me. I thanked him and asked how they would track my credit, and he told me they would leave a note with my information at the front. Fast forward to a week later, when I called to use my store credit. A man named Christopher answered, and when I explained what happened, he said he would need to get the manager involved since he couldn't process it fully. When she got on the phone, she was immediately combative and lacked basic customer service skills. She interrupted me and suggested I should have done her employees' job by taking down their names when they said they would record my information. It was frustrating to go back and forth with her without getting any resolution. I will never order from this place again, nor would I recommend it to anyone. She insisted that I needed to know who I spoke with, despite having six employees working that night. It wouldn’t have been difficult for her to ask those employees if they remembered me and where the note was, but she just didn’t want to honor my credit, which was incredibly unprofessional. Additionally, she claimed her staff was trained to ask customers to check their bags before leaving, but the young man barely said a word and certainly didn’t mention that. The bags were so greasy they would have fallen apart if I tried to take anything out anyway. Overall, it was a frustrating experience and a lesson learned.
