The Whistle Stop Cafe - Conroe

One of my go to places for chicken fried steak if I have the time to make the drive.

This is a charming place, good food and wonderful desserts. The staff is friendly and attentive. It's a wonderful place for a meal. It is family friendly and a good place to have a meal with friends. I will happily dine there again. My group tried the carrot cake which was excellent, and I had the lemon merengue pie, delicious! An excellent meal with really good service.

Good food, service and experience. I would eat there again.

Very wholesome, waiting staff could be much better. Expect to have to get up and tell your waiter when you're ready.

I had breakfast and a small lunch there and the food was very very good! Staff was courteous and attentive and the atmosphere was very pleasant. I will be going back.
