Tacos Frescos - Conroe

I went to the drive through today and asked for 2 trashy trailer parks and a coke she read the order back to me but she only said 1 trashy so I said no I need 2 of them please and she said ok pull up to the window when I got there she said 9 something was my total I asked if she got both if my taco's and she said ugh and then got mad when she was trying to type it in she was very rude and it seemed like she hates her job

Very disappointed in this restaurant! I had a very bad experience a few weeks ago and I submitted a survey! John Jones reached out promising a refund and taco card ? for my troubles.... Still haven't received anything! I've been told it's done, but no refund! The leaders of this restaurant are complacent with the behaviors many described!

Nice store to hangout at the bar, chew on a taco, and enjoy a beer or **** Mary. Service was helpful and friendly. Ambiance was bright and clean.

This place is average, service is pretty quick, it's never too busy and it's pretty consistent which is somewhat surprising. Drinks are always great, I'd recommend going during happy hour (3-6? since it is pretty expensive. Again, we'd come here if we can make the HH and crumble cookie is next door.

Real sloppy service this morning, after the morning rush when there was only one or two other customers in sight. Two out of two orders were wrong, so that 's unimpressive. They were apparently out of an important ingredient, but failed to tell us, so when we went back in, Trey shrugged his shoulders and couldn 't care less that they had two dissatisfied customers. I 've always been a fan of Torchy 's Tacos, but this location has been slipping. I probably won 't be back anytime soon. There are a ton of other good restaurants with good customer service in the same vicinity.
