Sonic Drive-in - Conroe

Outside is clean, lots of parking, although the entry and exit trips are a little narrow, also for my center SUV. The food is okay, my onion rings seem fresh and the other items we ordered. Although we had an order that we didn't ask for a Mayo when they gave us, there was Mayo. After telling her the question she just looked at us, not excused, and never offered to fix the situation. We just left, hopefully this is just a fuke that the service over there is good, because the food is not too bad. Nutrition restrictions: If we didn't order Mayo, they added it.

3 different people came to the speaker and took my order no surprise, it came wrong. When I asked why the explosions were different sizes, she said that you were ordered like that, not I said they were both ordered with the children's meal. She said, okay. I told her I didn't know until she came because the screen never updated my order. She said it's good, I'll run your card. I said, so I'm paying the medium I didn't order? She said you want me to do that? With a serious attitude. I never said anything about it, she then said why you ask and grab it. Really! And that's not the first time my order was completely wrong! I won't be back. That's why McDonadls are always more business than they are. Next time, I'll wait in the line.

My favorite place for fast food. Love the carp that's always so sweet. The Sonic app is a must. Food: 5/5

Just placed a order online thru Uber Eats tonight 9p at 11010 Hwy 105 E Conroe 77301 and I was contacted by the driver that the order was given to another driver called the store spoke with a rude disrespect manager and I was told he don’t check nothing he trying to get in touch with the Uber driver blah blah blah however this guy actually hung up in my face and all I was trying to see is will I still get my order etc etc but I couldn’t get one word out because he had a nasty attitude like I was the one messed up I wasn’t the one that gave someone the wrong order I called back and a guy answered so I asked are you the one that hung up in my face and his response was yes I was the one I know nothing is going to happen with that guy but he should no I’m not the one that made him fill out the application I’m not the one that told him to work tonight I’m not the one that messed up the order if you don’t like your job and can’t handle customer service then quit
