Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Conroe

I ordered online, but when I arrived, my order wasn't ready, and the staff didn't even acknowledge me. They could take some lessons from Cane's on how to operate effectively. It seemed like the team was completely disorganized and not working together at all. I definitely won't be coming back and cannot recommend this place.

I placed an online order, and it took them an hour to prepare my order of 16 pieces.

The first issue I noticed was that the cook was wearing rubber gloves and touching his eyes without changing them afterwards. After I requested a new sandwich, I ended up leaving with a cold sandwich and cold French fries. I've dined at many Popeyes locations, but I won’t be returning to this one. It's very poorly managed and lacks proper training.

If I could give no stars I would. I asked for shrimp and they said they were out until tomorrow...(not their fault) but wait time was over 28 minutes through the drive thru and when I got to the window....they didn't know what I ordered and then said the wait for my sandwich (all I ordered...A SANDWICH, not even a meal) would take an additional 4 1/2 minutes. That was my entire lunch break. They asked if I had time to wait or refund my money. I took the refund.

Food is good if you can get it. They NEVER have chicken tenders anymore. So disappointed.
