This is the first time I've tried a frappe other than the caramel one, and it’s absolutely perfect! I work overnight, and this was exactly what I needed! I've switched from Starbucks to McDonald's, and I couldn't be happier with my decision!

As of September 4, 2017, I have to say they're doing an excellent job. They even recognize us when we come in or go through the drive-thru for our Caramel Frappuccinos. I must admit, I’m a bit addicted to caramel! Keep up the great work—I really appreciate all that you do!
The food was served hot, and the customer service was outstanding despite external pressures.
Left my phone in the restroom and the employees were super helpful!! Especially the manager Jae. She kept it safe for me for almost 24 hours and im very thankful!!!
