Came through the drive thru and ordered 1 $2 bundle, a #2 with a caramel Macchiato and #3 and ask the #3 to be bagged separately by my mother and I go to various places for work. The gentleman who requested the order, all 3 are bagged separately instead of only 2 bags. On leaving we realized that one of the bags was missing a hash brown, so we went back to correct it. But the women Rachel we were talking to when we came back were more than rude with their hands to point out that we ordered separate bags to show that they placed in 2 hash browns in the two meals and then went on to explain rudely that, although we ordered a $2 bundle in the window that was not what we paid for it, there was no brown. Not by our mistake, but by the man who takes the order. The women really created a scene with their hand gestures to give a demeanor that my mother, who was asked for the correction, was wrong to ask and how she was only extremely crazy to play separately. Only bad service all and all.

Never fails. You can quickly get some food out, but the job is never right. Check your order before you go. You get half, some or another the majority of time. Today I have a happy meal for my grandson. He doesn't like the apples so he gets extra frits. There were literally 6 pommes in the box and so much mayonnaise it is injected beyond it. I ordered a little cheeseburger home and had chicken nuggets.
Was in the drive waiting for 45 minutes that had to wait another 20 minutes because the manager comes back and ask me the wrong food after the re iep and I ended the payment for someone else order would give it a negative stars if I couldFood: 1/5
Taking my son to work. He wanted to get a frozen coffee and breakfast before he started his 12 hour day. While there I decided to order breakfast for my minor son. While ordering I decided to order a hashbrown for myself.We requested all the food be prepared fresh, reason being my eldest son worked at McDonald's while in college. He said the food can be sitting for a very long time.Our request for fresh food fell on deaf ears. The food came out cold,and wrong. After sending back the incorrect items, we got everything fresh except for the hashbrown. They neglected to add it to the bag.After the employee was informed that he forgot the hashbrown. He walked out to the car with the hashbrown in his hand, not in a bag. The sad part of the entire experience is the guy who took the order was a trainee. The manager was beside him while all of the errors occurred and did nothing.
