This is absolutely the best pizza and freshest ingredients, for cheaper than the chain pizza places. And it's ready in less than 10 min. Don't let the truck fool you, there's a brick oven in there. He moves around, check their FB page to see where they'll be. Definitely worth keeping an eye for!

Got to try Gambinos the other day, I had their Alfredo pizza and meat lovers! Just wow! I was impressed with the flavor and I can’t wait to try them again!

Pretty good pizza for the area. I 'm from Chicago so I can be quite critical of Pizza. However, this one was pretty good. Fresh ingredients, consistent crust. I decided on a meat lovers pizza because you can never go wrong with bacon on just about anything. In my opinion, it was a traditional New York Style pizza: thin crust, light sauce cheese with focus on flavorful toppings which were plentiful well seasoned.It was enjoyable but not overwhelming. I would get a pizza from here again. Good to see this as a worthy addition to the new Yum Food Zone.

I tried their pepperoni pizza at a big event today, and enjoyed it immensely! The flavor of their pepperoni is absolutely on point! The cheese is real mozzarella, and was great! The sauce was nice, not overly tomatoey and had a nice flavor. And the crust was wonderful. Crispy on the outside, and soft and chewy on the inside, just as it should be. Looking forward to going back! The people were really nice too!

Great food truck pizza ? ! Love tasting that woodfire char. Great chewy thin crust but could use just a little more salt in that dough. Prosciutto in my pizza was definitely a nice touch. ? Not the cheeziest or sauciest zas if you're into those kinds of pizza, just fyi, but it's not undersauced or undercheesed either. Wait time is about 30 mins for 4 small pizzas on a busy day. They offer a lot of options and even a make your own pizza.. Kinda rare for food trucks if you ask me. Very reasonable price and a small is definitely good for one. Go try out a bunch of their small pizzas if you're undecided with what to choose.
