Bojangles - Conover

I agree with the four-star rating. The food is excellent, but I'm a bit disappointed. This week is the last chance to enjoy their cinnamon biscuits, which I absolutely love. They're fantastic! However, I'll continue dining there; I’ll just try different items on the menu. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of food and service you get.

I ordered three cookies and three sweet potatoes. After waiting in line for 16 minutes, when I finally reached the window, they informed me that they were out of cakes and offered me cinnamon biscuits instead. I agreed and was told to wait by the door, with no explanation given. After 11 minutes of waiting, I decided to get out of my car and go inside. The woman there said she was unsure of my order and suggested that I should have returned to the window. I explained the situation and mentioned that I was told to wait for my order. If I had known it would take so long, I would have simply declined the biscuits. In the end, I had to wait another six minutes before I could place my order again. I won't be returning.

I ordered through the mobile app and waited 20 minutes in the designated parking lot for my food. To make matters worse, my order was incorrect. When I went back to correct it, the person in charge completely ignored me. Instead, he sent the employee who packed my order, and she was rude. This place used to be outstanding when Roger was the Unit Director, but it’s definitely gone downhill since then.

These bojangles give all bojangles a bad name, they are consistently terrible always out of several things and things that you do not expect to be superior to honey mustard or chicken. I thought I'd give them an attempt today, but I ate a burned cookie in the Bojangles in Stanley North Carolina at my own risk

The girl at the window was completely rude and so were the rest of the staff in the back.. I asked for ranch which allegedly they were out of.. I then asked for Bo sauce OR honey mustard and she claimed they can?t give it away or sell it LOL. If you live around Conover area, I recommend taking the drive to another Bojangles, it?ll be worth it!
