I experienced excellent customer service today! When I arrived, all the chocolate-covered cartons were sold out. A staff member came over and kindly asked if I needed assistance. She explained that all the pretzels had been taken for a fundraiser but promised to find me a box. She soon returned with a fresh box and even offered me a sample of a new product. I was thrilled because I really wanted a box as a gift. Your chocolate-covered pretzels are the best I've ever tasted. I highly recommend buying local if you can. Thank you!
