During my first visit at 5 PM, everything was fantastic. However, when I returned a couple of weeks later at 6:30 PM, my experience was completely different. Everything was cold, and the brisket had a mix of dry, old leftovers combined with fresh, tender pieces. I can assure you, it wasn't the bark—I know the difference!

My first visit was fantastic at 5 o'clock, but on my second visit a couple of weeks later at 6:30, everything was off and cold. The brisket had a mix of old, dried-out leftovers alongside fresh and tender pieces. Trust me, it was definitely not the bark; I know the difference!

When my husband finally received his meal, it was cold and had the wrong sides. TheyReheated it and got it right, but it was frustrating. We also got two boxes for our leftovers, but then we had to wait over 15 minutes just to ask for our check because it was hard to find our server. Additionally, we discovered that we wouldn't get a detailed receipt unless we asked for one. There was no apology offered for the delays, and we never even saw a manager. Based on this experience, we probably won't be returning.

Went on a slow time but waited over 10 minutes and was not seated. Gave up waiting and left. There were LOTS of empty seats at the time so I didn't feel there was any excuse for not being seated.

Service is terrible, I will never go there again
