El Olivo - Conil de la Frontera

This is the hotel of the restaurant, mainly used by the guest but accessible also to external client. Breakfast is served from 6:30 to 10:00 and it's quite good. The buffet is always refill at need, the variety of food great. Fresh juice, cooked eggs from a real chef. The main disappointment I have is with the dinner. I had a buffet dinner the first night theme was fish, and for the price paid I was disappointed as the quantity of fish in certain dish was minimal. The selection of fish based dishes was under the expectations. E.g. the fish salad was 99% peppers with some pieces of octopus. Eventually, the second day breakfast wasn't that great too as there were eggs and some stuff from the hot buffet not properly hot. I'm sure this hotel restaurant can do quite a lot, and it's just a matter of few things to improve.

A place to enjoy from the moment you enter, Manolo, Juanma, welcome you and accompany you to the table, Sebastián, Benito, José Maria, etc. are there. So that you don't miss anything and in the fires is Manuela, a charming woman who prepares whatever you want, in a snap and with a lot of love. We are regulars and the greatest attraction for us is that Human Team that makes you be in glory. We will continue seeing each other.

Comimos en el bufet de desayuno y cena, la calidad de la comida buenísima. lo que mas me impacto fue la variedad y la calidad de la fruta y marisco junto con lo que se exponía en las planchas o cocina en vivo. El entorno maravilloso
