It took almost two hours for the order to arrive. When we call to ask when we are delivered, the answer is edifying: it is because of the time that we lose people who call to know where their order is. So in short: it happens in 2 hours, so it happens cold, so it's not terrible... and it's a bit of the client's fault because they get lost their time. I understood the message: my orders will no longer save them.
