I had a layover and wanted something quick. The pizza I got took forever to “warm up” because they forgot about it. When I asked the guy if the pizza was burnt he said laughing “uhh I mean yea”. Customer service was terrible here.

I personally had a great experience here. It's an airport, so I am expecting a certain price and not expecting blazing fast speed. But this was a quick grab that I could take on a plane and the staff was super friendly. The pizza was also pretty

Asked for a slice of pepperoni they told me 15 minutes . I come back 15 minutes later and ask about the pepperoni, and they say 20 minutes . I say 15 minutes ago you said 15 minutes and he shrugs and says we 're short staffed Meanwhile there are two guys just standing there not serving anyone because there 's no line. There 's no line because there 's no pizza up. They 're literally doing nothing.I ask, is there one cooking? He says Nah, someone got to make it .This business must be a charity because it clearly doesn 't care much about profits, never mind customer service.

Five people on the staff. One serving the pizza’s slices. It took an eternity. No willing to serve at all. And maybe it’s a ritual but one time the guy serves the pizza, he goes inside and it comes another one to serve one more slice for someone else. Ridiculous customer service. Be a favor to you and go eat somewhere else. While they served five slices of pizza the Panda Express beside served 20 people. And before I forget, the pizza is pure grass.

Awful experience! The staff didn 't know what pizza they had on display or really even ask about taking an order is that spinach pizza? The crew member replied uhh, I don 't know .Food was not good at all, Mac Cheese was gross. Spinach. Cheese pizza was hard to bite through it was about the same quality as a dollar store frozen pizza.The counter was gross with filth so much trash. I should have walked away.Another employee, James K, rang me up. He was all over the place with the value meal asking me the same questions over over. Then got rude when I asked about getting my side for my value meal after I had already paid. He obviously hates his job people in general.$22 for 2 slices, a side a small drink. Don 't waste your time or money.
