Einstein Bros. Bagels

AWESOME. JUST AWESOME. You've got to try the brisket,egg,cheddar jalapeño bagel and twice baked hashbrowns.

Ordered from this establishment for the first time via UberEats. I paid $4.00 for a hot tea along with with a breakfast bagel, to not receive the tea. I contacted the establishment and they told me they put the tea bag on top of the drink (when it should’ve been included in the bag along with napkins that I didn’t receive) and there was nothing they could do about it. Instead of trying to rectify the issue, the gentleman I spoke with brushed it off and spoke over me during the call justifying the missing item from my order. I also contacted UberEats who said they couldn’t do anything about it. First and last time eating from this place.

Terrible experience on a Sunday morning. I like Einstein Bagels from other locations, this was the worst bagel and chai late. The people (Shaggy looking guy and tall black girl) at the cash registers were rude, they were making fun of people and no helpful at all.

Ordered the farm sandwich today. Cheese not melted I was missing my bacon. And because I ordered through doordash I paid 23$ for a singular sandwich that was wrong. I don't mean cold like it took the driver a hour to get to me. The chese was never melted. And where did my bacon go. I won't order here again.
