Dunkin'

This location has horrible customer service. This morning I came in and ordered an iced coffee. I paid in cash, I didn’t realize I gave the cashier $50 instead of $5, so it hadn’t been 10 min I called and she confirmed it was $50. So I asked can I kindly reverse that the young lady stated she would let me speak to her manager ok no problem. While waiting to speak with the manager, either the young lady or manager rudely disconnected my call. Okay so no problem I return back to the store in person, I kindly requested the manager. The whole entire team decided to come up to the front as well for what reason I have no idea. The managers name was Kelly I believe, and she was extremely no greeting or anything. I kindly asked if I could reverse that and pay with my $5 and she told me no because the cashiers drawer would be short. On top of the rude customer service my coffee was not made the way how I requested. I asked for caramel and did not get it. I’ll be further handling this with cooperate. I will never return to this location.

Order and I’ve coffee with almond milk caramel vanilla . Cold foam. The coffee was horrible . Taste like nothing and I had to trash it. Please train the younger staff on how to make a proper

Coffee was good but cup was covered in caramel flavoring. Munchkins were basically just bread without any icing.

Couldn't resist having some of that Large Dunkin' Coffee with 1x cream and 1x sugar!

Love this location ! The service is always perfect !
